Simple Definition of Will-Power: The Spirit (energy) required to achieve longer moments of being a “Supreme-Being”.
27.
The Truth: We have one short life, and we have one body. The body feels joy through freshness, surprises, and healthy variations in life.
For every adult woman, there are more than 2.3 billion adult men in the world. For every adult man, there are more than 2.3 billion adult women in the world. The world is full of adults for every adult to enjoy a joyful life. Make new friends every day for varieties of Joy.
Simple Definition of the Quality of Life: Living with minimum Stress/Tension.
The fundamental cause of Stress/Tension is this: Anything that is knowingly or unknowingly done against your Wisdom becomes the root of your Stress/Tension.
Every time you achieve the Well-Balanced-State-of-Mind, and your body receives profound Joy, you reduce the Stress/Tension on you. You are Human-Being. You become Supreme-Being. Smile and greet every Human with the word Friend.
So, make friends, change friends, exchange friends, and welcome new experiences that bring Joy into your life. Be Supreme-Being several times every day. Have Parties every day at 10pm (local time) to greet everybody with the universal Master Greeting Word: Friend.
A fantastic life motto for you: “Get out of your monotonous life, make it polytonous.”
Footnote: Give way to pedestrians on your right, and with a Smile say to them: Friend.
26.
The simple definition of human Stress/Tension: the unhappiness in daily living. Multiple stresses can disturb life, and severe stress can contribute to serious health conditions, including cognitive decline.
What causes Stress/Tension?
The fundamental cause of Stress/Tension is this: Anything that is knowingly or unknowingly done against your Wisdom becomes the root of your Stress/Tension.
Stress can be eased by achieving the Well-Balanced-State-of-Mind.
Definition of the Well-Balanced-State-of-Mind
It is the state of mind in which a person:
• does not feel physical discomfort,
• does not think of profit or loss,
• does not think of relatives or friends,
• does not think of affection or dislike,
• does not think of wealth or poverty,
• does not think of physical closeness with anyone,
• and does not think of prayers or blessings.
In short, during the Well-Balanced-State-of-Mind, the person becomes a Supreme-Being for that period.
Many people try various forms of meditation to achieve this state, but often do not succeed because their bodies do not experience Joy.
The Biological Moment of Joy
During moments of deep emotional and physical connection between two adults, both individuals may briefly experience a natural state of profound Joy. In those moments, the mind becomes free from all thoughts, and the body feels complete harmony. The Well‑Balanced‑State‑of‑Mind is achieved.
With the Well‑Balanced‑State‑of‑Mind, the Human‑Being becomes the Supreme‑Being.
This natural experience can also support healthy circulation throughout the body.
The simple Definition of Supreme-Being: The Human‑Being with the Well‑Balanced‑State‑of‑Mind.
The Principle
So, become a Supreme-Being as many times as possible, every day. Be free to live with your Wisdom. Be Polytonous.
Polytonous means: joyful, full of variety, full of refreshing new experiences, relieving stress, and a life where every moment feels worth living.
25.
The Truth: We have one short life, and we have one body. The body feels joy through freshness, surprises, and healthy variations in life.
For every adult woman, there are more than 2.5 billion adult men in the world. For every adult man, there are more than 2.5 billion adult women in the world. The world is full of people, full of friendships, full of new feelings.
So, make friends, change friends, exchange friends, and welcome new experiences that bring joy into your life.
A fantastic life motto for you: “Get out of your monotonous life, make it polytonous.”
24.
Monotonous people often feel unhappy because they limit themselves and avoid new friendships that bring joy and freshness to life.
Polytonous people feel happy because they welcome new friendships, new connections, and new experiences that make every moment of life meaningful.
23.
Monotonous means: dull, repetitive, stressful, not enjoyable, and a life where time simply passes without joy.
Polytonous means: joyful, full of variety, full of refreshing new experiences, relieving stress, and a life where every moment feels worth living.
22.
The Soul of a man is his Sperm. The Soul of a woman is her Egg.
For the Sperm, the Egg is far away — not easily accessible. It reaches the Egg only after a long swim and a difficult climb through the tube. In this sense, the Egg is remote from the Sperm.
To distinguish the Soul of the man from the Soul of the woman, I, Friend-Pritipal, name the woman’s Soul as the Remote-Soul.
So: The Sperm is the Soul. The Egg is the Remote-Soul.
A Soul merges into the Remote-Soul to form O-Life, which is the beginning of a new human life. O-Life is not a Soul.
21.
If the first name of a lady is Mary, please greet her as ‘Friend-Mary’.
If the first name of a gentleman is John, please greet him as ‘Friend-John’.
If you do not know the first name of the person, please greet the person as
‘Friend-Smile’.
20.
Definition of Spirit (biological meaning): Spirit is the natural energy your body creates when you feel joy, connection, and unity with another human being.
A smile instantly fills your body with ‘Good-Hor’. This is the joy inside you. ‘Good-Hor’ make your body healthy, your mind positive, and your Spirit strong — helping you and your friends feel joyful together.
‘Good-Hor’ is a short name given by Friend-Pritipal to ‘Good-Hormones’.
More Smiles give more Good-Hor which create stronger Spirit.
There is no spiritual Spirit anywhere. Spirits do not return to ancestors or controllers, and they do not wander around. There is no need to think about Spirits. Sleep peacefully and when you awaken, Smile and say:
‘Friend’ to everybody in all directions.
19.

13.
The Sperm of a man is a Soul, the Egg of a woman is a Soul. The 'O-Life' is not a Soul.
‘O‑Life’ is the name given by Friend‑Pritipal to the Zygote when it is still a single cell — the first living cell of the new human body. The letter ‘O’ symbolises the Single‑Cell and the Origin of a new Life.
A Sperm has 23 Chromies. An Egg has 23 Chromies. O-Life has 46 Chromies.
Friend-Pritipal, for simplicity, calls Chromies to Chromosomes and Chromie to a Chromosome.

Be free, smile, and say to Dad: “Friend‑Dad”, to Mom: “Friend‑Mom”, to Peter: “Friend‑Peter”, to Mary: “Friend‑Mary”, to Sister: “Friend‑Sister”, to Brother: “Friend‑Brother”, and like this to every relative, everybody: “Friend‑..”. This will make everybody smiling and beautiful. This will take the misery out of the families.
When writing emails and letters, please address Mary as ‘Friend-Mary’ and not as ‘Hi Mary’, as ‘Friends- Mary and Peter’ and not as ‘Hi Mary and Peter’. And please conclude your emails and letters as ‘with Smile, Your Friend-Mary’ or ‘with Sweet Smile, Your Friend-Mary’ and not as ‘with Regards, Yours Sincerely Mary’ or ‘with Kind Regards, Yours’ Sincerely Mary’.
